به گزارش خبرگزاری تسنیم، ستاد حقوق بشر در اعتراض به تجاوز نظامی رژیم صهیونیستی و آمریکا علیه ایران و ترور وحشیانه مقامات سیاسی و مذهبی،بیانیهای صادر کرد.
متن این بیانیه به شرح زیر است:
بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم
مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ رِجالٌ صَدَقُوا ما عاهَدُوا اللّهَ عَلَیْهِ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَضى نَحْبَهُ وَ مِنْهُمْ مَنْ یَنْتَظِرُ وَ ما بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِیلاً
ستاد حقوق بشر با قلبی آکنده از اندوه و تاثر، شهادت رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی حضرت آیت الله خامنهای، جمعی از فرماندهان عالی نظامی، دانشآموزان خردسال مینابی و جمع کثیری از مردم قهرمان ایران را در حملات رژیم صهیونیستی و آمریکای جنایتکار را به محضر مردم شریف ایران تسلیت میگوید.
تجاوز مجدد نظامی جنایتکارانه آمریکا و رژیم صهیونیستی در آستانه نوروز و در دهمین روز از ماه مبارک رمضان و حملات وحشیانه به مجموعه ای از مراکز و زیر ساختهای دفاعی و اماکن غیر نظامی در شهرهای مختلف کشورمان نقض فاحش منشور ملل متحد، حقوق بین الملل، حقوق بشر دوستانه و اسناد و موازین حقوق بشری محسوب می شود.
این دو رژیم تجاوزگر سفاک در حملاتی وحشیانه به دفتر مقام معظم رهبری، این مقام عالی سیاسی و مرجع عالی قدر عالم تشیع را به همراه اعضای خانواده ایشان از جمله کودکان خردسال به شهادت رساندند.
این اقدام وحشیانه و غیرانسانی مایه تالم و تاثر ملت شریف ایران و خیل گستردهای از مشتاقان این مرجع عالی قدر در سراسر جهان به ویژه کشورهای اسلامی شد و برگزاری مجالس گسترده و خودجوش عزاداری در ایران و سایر کشورها نشانگر جریحه دار شدن روح ملت ها است.
پر واضح است ترور و تجاوز به کشورها با ماهیت این رژیمها عجین شده و نهادینه شدن حس بیکیفرمانی در این رژیمها و ناتوانی سازمان ملل متحد، شورای امنیت و سایر سازوکارهای بینالمللی برای ایستادگی در مقابل اقدامات خلاف اصول و قوانین این رژیم ها سبب شده است که آنان نسبت به هیچ تعهد بین المللی و اصول انسانی و اخلاقی خود پایبند نباشند.
آشکار است حملات هوایی رژیم صهیونیستی و آمریکا به ایران، نقض بند 4 ماده 2 منشور ملل متحد و تجاوز مسلحانه آشکار علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران است و نقض حاکمیت ملی و تمامیت ارضی ایران محسوب می شود.
پاسخ به این تجاوز، حق قانونی و مشروع ایران وفق ماده 51 منشور ملل متحد است و نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران از همه توان و امکانات خود برای مقابله با این تجاوز جنایتکارانه و دفع شرارت دشمن در جهت حفظ جان ملت و تمامیت ارضی خود استفاده خواهند کرد.
در این چارچوب، وظیفه خطیر سازمان ملل متحد، شورای امنیت، نهادها و سازوکارهای حقوق بشری است تا اقدامات فوری جهت مقابله با نقض صلح و امنیت بینالمللی و نقض های فاحش حقوق بشری از جمله ترورهای کور به وسیله تجاوز نظامی آشکار آمریکا و رژیم صهیونیستی علیه ایران را انجام دهند و در اسرع وقت به وظیفه خود به عمل آورند. جهان منتظر اقدام سریع و موثر این نهادها و مقامات بین المللی است. بدیهی است بی تفاوتی بیشتر باعث بی اعتباری کامل سازمان ملل و نهادهای حقوق بشری خواهد شد.

*The Statement of the High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Objection to the Military Aggression by the Zionist Regime and the United States against Iran and the Violent Assassinations of the Political and Religious Authorities*
In the Name of God
مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ رِجالٌ صَدَقُوا ما عاهَدُوا اللّهَ عَلَیْهِ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَضى نَحْبَهُ وَ مِنْهُمْ مَنْ یَنْتَظِرُ وَ ما بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِیلاً
The High Council for Human Rights, with a heart replete with sorrow and grief, offers its condolences to the honorable people of Iran on the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ayattollah khamene’ee, a group of high military commanders, young students in Minab, as well as a large number of Iranian heroes in the attacks by the Zionist Regime and the United States.
The repeated criminal military aggression of the United States and the Zionist Regime close to the Iranian new year an in the 10th day of the Ramadan month as well as the violent attacks against a number of defending centers and infrastructures and civilian facilities in different cities of the country, is a gross violation of the United Nations Charter, international law, humanitarian law, and human rights instruments and regulations.
These two aggressor regimes, in savage attacks against the Office of the Supreme Leader, martyred this high political official and the supreme authority of the Shia world, as well as his family members including their children.
This savage and inhumane act, has brought about the sorrow of the honorable people of Iran and a large number of proponents of the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamene’ee, all over the world, specially in islamic countries. Holding spontaneous mourning ceremonies both in Iran and in other countries shows that the affected soul of nations.
Undoubtedly, the assassination and aggression against countries is ingrained in the nature of these regimes. The impunity offered to these regimes and the failure of the United Nations, the Security Council as well as other international mechanisms in standing against the law breaking measures of these regimes has resulted into the fact that the regimes do not observe any of their international obligations and humane and moral principles.
It is obvious that the air strikes of the Zionist Regime and the United States against the Islamic Republic of Iran contradicts Article 2(4) of the UN Charter and is considered as an obvious armed aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran violating the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.
Based on article 51 of the UN Charter, the response to this aggression is the legal and legitimate right of Iran. Therefore, the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran use their full potential to confront this criminal aggression and to repel the harm of its enemies in line with protecting the life of its nation and its territorial integrity.
In this framework, it’s the duty of the United Nations, the Security Council, and the human rights bodies and mechanisms to take urgent action steps to counter the violation of international peace and security and the gross human rights violations, including blind assassinations through armed military aggression by the United States and the Zionist Regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran. The world is looking forward to the urgent and effective act by these international bodies and authorities. Obviously, showing ignorance towards this issue, will result in full invalidity of the United Nations and human rights bodies.
